Mental Health in the Workplace Courses
At the Training Academy, we are committed to supporting organisations in creating mentally healthy workplaces. Our mental health in the Workplace courses provide essential knowledge and practical skills to help employees recognise, understand, and respond to mental health challenges in the workplace.
Our mental health in the workplace courses are accredited by Qualsafe Awards and lead to Ofqual-regulated qualifications, valid for 3 years.
Why Choose the Training Academy?
The Training Academy CIC is a not-for-profit company focused on delivery of mental health training.
Whilst our fundamental focus is training individuals wishing to become a qualified counsellor along with ongoing training for qualified, practicing counsellors / therapists, we believe mental health training, awareness and support should be accessible to as broader community as possible and the Mental Health in the Workplace courses are ideally positioned to underpin this objective.
Our small class sizes ensure every student receives individual attention and support throughout their learning journey. All our courses are delivered by qualified, experienced tutors committed to delivering high-quality, student-focused learning.
We believe in fostering supportive learning environments where students can build the confidence and skills they need to make a real difference in their workplaces.
NB: The courses listed on our website are delivered at our centre in Shaw (Oldham), we can however deliver training on-site. For information on on-site training or to discuss any aspect of the courses we provide don’t hesitate to contact us.
